ARTSERVE
Since its inception in 1993, ArtServe has been dedicated to serving the needs of artists and nonprofit cultural organizations in Broward County--including its ArtsCalendar initiative. Through a series of programs aimed at strengthening and assisting them in their efforts, ArtServe has contributed to making South Florida a vibrant community for arts and culture.
BIENES CENTER FOR THE ARTS
The Bienes Center for the Arts at St. Thomas Aquinas is intended to nurture the emphasis on the arts for the students of St. Thomas Aquinas, other schools and institutions in the area and the community at-large. The Bienes Center offerings will excite the community about the important role of the "Arts" and will provide a venue for theatre, dance, music, lectures, art, drama, speech, and debate through the production of local, regional, national and international events and performances.
GOLD COAST JAZZ SOCIETY
Gold Coast Jazz Society was organized in 1992 by founder, Fred Ruffner, and a group of avid jazz buffs from South Florida. The Society first began presenting concerts at the historic Riverside Hotel, located on the famous Las Olas Boulevard. By 1996 the series had out-grown the hotel and performances were moved to Ft. Lauderdale's 110 Tower Club. After selling out the 110 Tower facility, GCJS moved the concert series to its current location in the 600-seat Amaturo Theater of the Broward Center for the Performing Arts located in the arts district of downtown Fort Lauderdale.
JAZZ MUSICIANS’ FELLOWSHIP FOUNDATION
A not-for-profit organization that seeks to help South Florida Jazz musicians who experience life or career threatening circumstances.
MIAMI JAZZ COOPERTIVE
(MJC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (IRS determination pending) the mission of which is to establish and operate a dedicated jazz facility in Miami-Dade County, Florida, for the mutual benefit of jazz students, jazz musicians, and their audience. To this end, the MJC is committed to supporting the appreciation of jazz in the South Florida community through education and outreach.
MIAMI JAZZ HERITAGE
A non-profit educational public service community outreach initiative whose primary focus is promoting Jazz in the community through calendar listings, CD reviews / interviews that feature local Jazz artists.
JAZZ MUSEUM OF FLORIDA, INC
Jazz Museum of Florida, Inc (dba Jazzonian and South Florida Jazz Summit) is a non-profit 501c3 museum initiative. Our mission is to celebrate Jazz heritage, collect, document, preserve and present the rich Jazz traditions from its origins to modern-day variations through a permanent museum, virtual online and traveling art/photo/film and artifacts exhibitions, historical archives, recordings, literature, audio/visual experiences, interactive cultural education programs, live musical performances and special events for children and adults.

SOUTH FLORIDA JAZZ
Founded in 1992, the organization is committed to perpetuating Jazz music by offering performance opportunities for musicians, local, regional, national, and international, whom we regard as treasured talents. SFJ also nurtures the next generation of jazz musicians and enthusiasts with active educational and live performance programs. The concert series runs monthly from November through June at the Miniaci Performing Arts Center on the Nova Southeastern University campus in Davie, and is noted for its high-caliber artists. Community involvement by way of SFJ membership ensures "ownership" of the programming by the residents of South Florida. For further information, call 954.424.4440.

The Sunshine Jazz Organization, based in Miami, Florida, is committed to the idea that the measure of a society can be found in its culture. Music is of the utmost importance in the continual growth and advancement of our community, our students and our position as a cultural leader in the U.S. and the Americas. In the Greater Miami area we boast world-class jazz artists on every instrument and a variety of vocal styles. Our entire team is committed to bringing to the public performances by these great jazz artists. We invite you to enjoy most events free or at a nominal charge, and hope you will continue to go out and support live jazz, allowing us to continue to provide exciting live jazz in concert venues and local nightspots.
SWING & JAZZ PRESERVATION SOCIETY
In just a few short years, the Swing & Jazz Preservation Society has grown into one of the finest non-profit jazz concert organizations in the country. We have produced jazz concerts in the Boca Raton, Florida area, presenting such internationally know jazz artists as Dave Brubeck, Bucky Pizzarelli, Bob Crosby's Bob Cats and many others. The result of our volunteer board of directors' hard work and vision has enabled us to attract top recording artists and serious jazz audiences.
WOMEN IN JAZZ SOUTH FLORIDA
An educational organization that promotes women musicians, globally, through events, concerts, performances, clinics, lectures, workshops, articles, interviews, newsletters, courses, contacts, research, history, archives, websites, film, audio and video recording, and recognition.
The South Florida Jazz Summit is a fundraising event produced annually by the Jazz Museum of Florida, Inc (dba Jazzonian), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All proceeds from this event go to community outreach jazz education programs under the aegis of the Jazz Museum of Florida, Inc.
MISSION:
The mission of the South Florida Jazz Summit is to bring the Jazz industry together; committed to empowering Jazz; thereby, serving as a cultural bridge--bringing people together for this higher purpose of preserving, advancing and celebrating this precious American artform that we love called Jazz; providing networking and educational opportunity; helping to energize the local Jazz scene; bringing awareness to area Jazz institutions and organizations; showcasing the best emerging young Jazz talent from great area schools, as well as helping to empower South Florida as a world class destination for live Jazz.
